The 2026 Updates at Augustus in Forte dei Marmi
Augustus Hotel & Resort, a prestigious luxury hospitality establishment in Forte dei Marmi, known to sea lovers for its beach club that was awarded the Sangreg design award last summer as the best design beach club in Tuscany, announces new projects “designed to redefine the hospitality experience in Versilia”. After all, significant investments were made last year as well, such as the acquisition of Villa Radici, which we already reported to our readers.
The inauguration of the Ville Ala in 2024 and the great success of Villa Radici in 2025 have marked new standards of excellence. Now, Augustus announces the renovation of Villa Ines, a historic residence nestled in the park of Villa Radici. This intervention is part of the broader expansion project of the “distributed hotel”, aimed at offering an increasingly exclusive hospitality experience that is harmoniously integrated with the surrounding nature.
The restyling, designed by the Florentine architectural firm Dast, unfolds as a visual narrative inspired by the philosophy of “villa living”, which has always been part of Augustus’ identity. An evocation of summers cycling along the sea and pine forest, of light reflecting on the beach and evenings spent in the garden with family and friends: an authentic tribute to the timeless charm of the “Roma Imperiale” district.
The interiors of the new suite are distinguished by a sober and elegant style, capable of combining Tuscan tradition with contemporary taste, in perfect harmony with the surrounding nature and with the Forte dei Marmi identity. With full respect for the original structure, Villa Ines is developed over two floors: a spacious bedroom on the first floor and a large living area on the ground floor, conceived as an intimate and welcoming retreat.
Among the most notable innovations, special mention must be made of the restoration of the famous underpass of Villa Agnelli, commissioned by the family in the 1950s and unique of its kind throughout Versilia. The intervention, respectful of its original identity, has enhanced the spaces through new plays of light and color, giving a renewed and even more evocative atmosphere to one of the hotel’s iconic places.
“Augustus continues its commitment to investing in the future and well-being of its guests, developing new spaces and services dedicated to dining, fitness, wellness and beach sports activities. A path of constant growth aimed at enriching the quality and experience of the stay and offering, even in 2026, hospitality that harmoniously combines tradition, comfort and innovation,” the hotel company announces.
