Fasano Al Mare has arrived in Sardinia

Jhsf Participações, a leading Brazilian real estate player, has brought Fasano Al Mare Beach Club to Sardinia, facing the island of Tavolara. The soft opening took place in August. According to Pambianco Hotellerie, this represents the first step of a broader project that will lead to the introduction of a full Fasano resort, featuring a high-end hotel with 50 rooms, 30 private residences (ranging from 200 to 500 square meters each), restaurants, shops, and a marina.

The beach club includes beach stations, two restaurants, a spa, tennis courts, and a fitness center. To realize this first luxury hospitality project in Italy, Jhsf Participações – in collaboration with other Italian partners, united in the company Tavolara Bay controlled by the Brazilians through Jhsf Capital – acquired a vast area near Porto San Paolo, towards San Teodoro last year, purchasing it from a troubled company from Emilia-Romagna that had already developed real estate complexes in the area.
