Coccaro Beach becomes Le Graal

Coccaro Beach diventa Le Graal

A change of ownership for the hospitality system managed by Masseria Torre Coccaro, in Savelletri (Brindisi), which also includes the Coccaro Beach club, rated “three umbrellas” according to the Guide to Italy’s Best Beach Clubs.

Both assets have become part of the Le Graal collection (Maire Investments), already present in luxury hospitality in Roma, Cortina d’Ampezzo and Desenzano del Garda. The five-star masseria in Savelletri, along with its beach club, will progressively join Le Graal, maintaining its identity and strengthening its positive impact on socio-economic territorial development.

Masseria Torre Coccaro, a historic property of the Muolo family, is one of the most representative high-end hospitality establishments in Puglia. Crafted from an ancient sixteenth-century masseria and nestled in the Mediterranean landscape, the property features rooms, suites and villas, as well as restaurants and spa & wellness areas, offering a blend of authenticity, gastronomy and wellness that allows guests to fully experience the Puglian lifestyle. Along with the Masseria, the transaction also includes Coccaro Beach Club, a private cove a short distance from the property, featuring a bathing establishment, seaside terrace, restaurant, lounge bar, treatment room and boutique.

The property will maintain its name and identity, ensuring operational continuity and organizational stability. In this context, a valorization strategy will be developed to strengthen its positioning and progressively enhance the hospitality experience according to Le Graal’s philosophy and values, while preserving the authentic and distinctive character of the Masseria, with positive impacts in terms of socio-economic territorial development.

The entry of Masseria Torre Coccaro & Coccaro Beach Club into Le Graal’s portfolio is part of a broader strategy of diversification and valorization of Made in Italy. From the hotel in Cortina d’Ampezzo to the Private Club in Roma, to the spa retreat on Lake Garda, Le Graal aims to build an ecosystem of distinctive experiences. These are united by a philosophy that interprets the excellence of Italian hospitality through design, gastronomy, wellness, culture and authentic, personalized service. The acquisition therefore represents a further opportunity to expand the brand’s presence in a region like Puglia, internationally recognized for the quality of its hospitality and the beauty of its territory, confirming the interest in projects capable of combining real estate value, operational excellence and the development of distinctive hospitality experiences.
