Nikki Beach Restaurant Arrives in Dubai
Maison Mer, the Provençal-inspired restaurant by Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, will open in November in Dubai. The group announced today that the opening will take place on Pearl Jumeira island. The restaurant is a tribute to Provence and the French Riviera.
Under the guidance of executive chef Alessandro Pizza, and with resident chef Kavish Chimajee, the restaurant offers a menu that ideally spans from Nice to Marseille, celebrating the regional traditions of southern France. And Maison Mer’s cocktail menu embodies the same spirit: sunny terraces, herb gardens and seaside aperitifs. Classics are reimagined with a Riviera touch, like the Château Negroni, a melancholic version of the original with Aperol, gin, dry red wine and orange bitter, or the Mistral Whisper, a smooth blend of whiskey, lavender, lemon and honey that captures the floral warmth of the region.

Designed by Nikki Beach Hospitality Group’s interior architect, Remi Viale, Maison Mer is a modern interpretation of a seaside Provençal home. The opening marks an important expansion for the Nikki Beach Hospital Group, present in Italy with Nikki Beach Costa Smeralda, three gold umbrellas according to the “Guida ai migliori beach club d’Italia” rating. Maison Mer is indeed a new independent restaurant concept by Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, which will be launched within the Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai. Like the Lucia brand, recently launched by the group, Maison Mer is designed to evolve independently and could open in other destinations in the future.
