MarePineta’s Centenary in Milano Marittima
MarePineta has announced the official start of the journey leading to its centenary celebrations. Founded in 1926, it is the first grand hotel in Milano Marittima and boasts several accolades, including the Best Beach Club 2025 award for Emilia Romagna from the Guide to Italy’s Best Beach Clubs.
The property preserves a unique heritage: from the ‘Casa Madre’ inaugurated in the 1920s, to the contemporary design of the Cubo Lissoni, to the refined atmosphere of Villa Regina and the beach club. Many new appointments and special projects are now coming to celebrate these hundred years of history, including a commemorative book enriched with historical photographs and testimonials from personalities who have marked the life of the resort and the city.
As reported by Ravenna Today, the new Club House will be inaugurated in 2026, a “futuristic hospitality” project set in the heart of the historic Sporting Club. A work that marries tradition and innovation, a concrete symbol of the hotel’s evolution. The structure, in architectural harmony with the Cubo Lissoni that characterizes MarePineta, will house 18 new suites and will be conceived as a natural extension of the tennis courts: a contemporary experience that pays homage to the past without renouncing a current and future vision.
“This milestone fills us with pride not only for those who manage the resort today, but for all of Milano Marittima. We will celebrate one hundred years of history with a vision focused on the future, with projects that know how to enhance the territory and welcome a new generation of guests,” declared Davide Salaroli, sole administrator of the company that manages the hotel.
