Yesterday in Reggio Calabria, the third edition of Calabryando was presented. The venue chosen for the press launch is the same one that will host, on Sunday, August 31st, the closing event of the format created to showcase the entrepreneurial, cultural, and productive realities of Calabrian territory. It is Piro Piro Beach Club, featured in the Guide to Italy’s Best Beach Clubs with a “two umbrellas” rating and considered one of the region’s top beach clubs.

The 2026 edition confirms its multidisciplinary vocation, building a dialogue between excellence productions, creativity, and territory. Among the protagonists of the agri-food sector will be four companies that symbolize Calabrian quality: Olearia San Giorgio, Caseificio Sant’Anna, Anoneto Bilardi, and Calabria Ittica 1958, realities that represent as many business stories capable of combining tradition, innovation, and valorization of local productions. Alongside the food world, ample space will also be reserved for art and culture. Craftsmanship will be represented by Barbara Priolo with the Terra Terra workshop, while painting will feature the renowned Reggio-born artist Michele Praticò, known at national and international levels. Fashion will be entrusted to designer Lilli Spina, another Calabrian excellence recognized far beyond regional borders, while the entertainment segment will be animated by singer and performer Carmen Floccari.

The evening of August 31st will alternate moments of informal discussion with guests, tastings dedicated to Calabria’s iconic products, and a gourmet dinner signed by Michelin-starred chef Nino Rossi, assisted by Piro Piro’s resident chef Marco Maltese. The gastronomic offering will be created in collaboration with Velier, a leading company in the distribution of quality beverages.
