Jesolo, discount for Veneto residents at Cbc Beach Club

Cbc Beach Club has activated, from August 7, a system of benefits structured exclusively for residents in Veneto. The largest and most innovative beach establishment in the tourist destination of the Venetian coast has launched the project called “Il Mare di Casa”, which aims to change perspective to heal the rift between the most popular tourist destinations and those who inhabit the territory year-round.

This is not an absolute novelty, because other beach clubs in Italy offer reduced rates for residents within their municipality, but extending to regional residents is certainly a significant fact. This is not a last-minute filling strategy, also because the data indicates for Jesolo an average of 91% occupancy during the week of Ferragosto. Administrators speak of a “civic recognition”. The idea stems from a rigorous analysis of regional tourism GDP figures, often disconnected from the real sense of belonging of the resident population. This is a pilot experiment that aims to set an example along the entire Adriatic coast.

Cbc Beach Club was founded in 2024 by three founding partners: the Moretti Polegato families (owners of Casa Bianca) and Menazza (local hoteliers) and Unionmare president, Alessandro Berton. The company then managed to aggregate many other partners, uniting the hotel and extra-hotel accommodation facilities located along the beach area. The concession occupies a large part of the beach between Piazza Brescia and Piazza Mazzini, a strategic area within the long Jesolo coastline, with 900 meters in length and approximately 2,200 umbrellas. The development plan provides for nearly eight million euros between beach renovation and new facilities, including several dining venues. The process was launched during the summer of 2024 and by 2025 progress has already been observed, such as the delivery service for cocktails and food in the prestige zone of the beach, corresponding to sector C, and the new beachfront gym. These investments have continued and this season the beach club offers paddle courts and a gym to its guests.
