Bagni Fiore
Langosteria in the kitchen, Dior in the design for a world-famous three-umbrella gold establishment

Since being managed by Langosteria Holding, Bagni Fiore in Paraggi – founded in 1927 – has become one of the icons of Italian vacation lifestyle, with a marked luxury vocation that emerges particularly effectively in the beach club section branded Dior with umbrellas, loungers and sofas made with the maison’s fabrics. But the entire structure is managed impeccably, to satisfy the needs of a clientele with very high expectations and equally important spending power. Would the beauty of Paraggi bay alone be enough to make this place a must, where it’s legitimate to aspire, at least once in a lifetime, to experience a VIP day? Perhaps yes, but inevitably it’s the dining that provides that extra value that makes everything unforgettable, because Langosteria’s craft is precisely this: preparing fish dishes to perfection, starting from the best raw materials available in the market and interpreting them in recipes that are also inspired by the territory. Among the menu items, the great Langosteria classics also present in other establishments of the group (pappa al pomodoro, paccheri with sea bass, gazpacho with red prawns) and some immersion in local cuisine like the Pansoti from Santa Margherita Ligure with langoustine sauce. The wine list, curated by head sommelier Valentina Bertini, is a national reference point. The cocktails are also excellent with proposals like the Riviera Negroni, Spicy Margarita, and Dolce far niente.
UPDATE. From 2024 the management has been taken over by Langosteria
