A corner of Ibiza in Sibari. And not just for the mood you breathe at Storie di Mare, but also for being a contemporary beach club in a stunning location, between the pine forest and cycle path, in an unspoiled environment. Taken over in 2017 by a Swiss entrepreneur as a life choice, the establishment has a director and an event manager. At sunset it’s already time for DJ sets and then themed evenings begin, including the beautiful dinner with feet in the sand, while the gazebos light up for the night. The music is loud, the atmosphere is vibrant. A notable contrast to the rest of the day, when Storie di Mare welcomes families and is a place dedicated to relaxation. A beach club conceived with multi-service logic and a philosophy of hospitality: extensive service offerings (including a swimming pool) and pets are welcome. On the beach there are sunbeds with umbrellas and gazebos for those seeking greater comfort; in any case, there’s ample distance between stations, with 4.5 meters guaranteed. The food & beverage offering is diversified with restaurant, bar and chiringuito for aperitifs with music. On weekends the space hosts concerts, pool parties, barefoot beach evenings every Friday and Latin parties every Sunday. Besides fish and meat dishes, the food proposal includes a pizzeria with wood-fired oven and various snacks and sandwiches. Champagne and sparkling wines are well represented on the wine list, and when it comes to cocktails there’s only the embarrassment of choice. Among the latest additions, the private area under the maritime pines and the Instagram-worthy area with LEDs, projected images and the “sea stories” sign for taking pictures to share on social media.
