Fam as family, recalling the management of the Guidetti brothers who created this highly appealing concept. A lovely surprise in Desenzano, on the small beach most easily accessible for day visitors who exit at the highway toll booth or reach the train station by rail, excellently served by high-speed trains as well. Fam Lifestyle is, as the name reveals, a structure with strong lifestyle content and a multifunctional venue combining elegant restaurant, cocktail bar and beach club, overlooking the lake in the Beach d’Oro area of Desenzano. The parking in the meadow just steps from the beach club entrance is convenient. The packages vary based on the chosen spot, and prices can reach significant amounts for those wanting the ultimate experience, namely a four-person spot with private jacuzzi. The service in return is excellent, with perks like beach towels included in the price and a welcome drink. Swimming in the lake is a pleasant experience, on the pebble beach that doesn’t bother swimmers at all. On the menu we found several tempting dishes, including crispy octopus with baby spinach, fresh tagliolino with lake sardines and pine nuts, Iberian pork shoulder with mashed potatoes, finishing with pear tart with almonds and chantilly cream. There’s also the pizzeria and American bar with all-day and after-dinner cocktails.
