Welcome to Cone Club, the beach club of 7Pines Resort, operating since 2022 and constantly evolving. Remarkable is its position, facing the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago, and spectacular is the beach with four coves overlooking the sunset that offer an ideal alternative to the main beach. Speaking of alternatives: those to the fine dining restaurant of 7Pines, Capogiro, which boasts a Michelin star, are certainly enticing because the pizzeria has been entrusted to Franco Pepe, a Master of art and craft in his field, and at Cone Club the sea takes center stage with exceptional raw dishes, with sharing plates like mussel soup and octopus alla luciana, but then there’s also the traditional Sardinian suckling pig (with potatoes and chicory) and among the desserts the inevitable seadas with Gallura honey and red berries. All this happens in the bay of Cannigione, one of the largest in the area with its 10 km opening that makes the sea waters even clearer and cleaner thanks to the currents. The structure was built from scratch, where there were only rocks, and the stations are positioned on wooden platforms that are dismantled at the end of the season, returning the coast to its natural appearance. The restaurant takes center stage, with its dark orange canopies similar to sails that provide agility and can be folded or unfolded as needed, for protection from sun and wind. The highlight of Cone Club is the aperitif hour, when the sun sets and the LEDs light up intermittently in rhythm with the music. And the sunset is accompanied by cocktails, with signatures like Green Extreme and Pink Paradise among the most popular.
