Managed since 2016 by the Fiorino family, Tayga infuses energy with its vibrant soft disco aperitivo rhythms from 6 PM onwards, perfect for savoring a glass of champagne or another label, including many from the local area. The choice comes from the extensive wine list (over two hundred different references) available at the facility. The beach club features not only excellent beach positions, including standout matrimonial sunbeds with comfortable mattresses, but also a beautiful restaurant area and lounge bar with a menu featuring sumptuous fish dishes. On the menu you’ll find raw preparations, with platters like the royale or the Tayga hot which represent a substantial investment, and cooked dishes such as octopus and aguachile, but also meat dishes like Scottish beef tartare; followed by first courses like risotto with shrimp and lime, second courses like prawns with vegetables in crust and Tayga sauce, finishing with the dessert of the day. You’re in a venue where you expect something to happen any moment, thanks to its impressive size and the mood you breathe throughout the day. Opportunities to celebrate don’t lack at Tayga, particularly on the highlight evening which is Sunday with the Sky N Sand event featuring renowned internationally famous DJs. Anything else worth noting? The wide soft sand beach, the crystal-clear sea (but watch out for the rocks on the bottom!), its use as a wedding and ceremony venue. Showers, as a choice linked to environmental respect and to avoid water waste, are coin-operated. Towels are complimentary for premium positions and can be rented for “standard” ones.
