Puravita Beach Resort in Pachino (Siracusa) has won the “San Greg by Feudi di San Gregorio Award – Best design beach club 2026 Italia” at the Gran Galà dei Beach Club d’Italia, the year’s main event for the seaside sector, which was held on May 7 in Milan (Excelsior Gallia Hotel). This recognition – branded by the rosé wine produced by the renowned Campanian winery Feudi di San Gregorio – is dedicated to Italy’s best beach establishment for its design characteristics.

Giuseppe Rapisarda, founder and manager of Puravita together with his son Mattia Rapisarda, received the award on the Milanese stage, presented by the Gran Galà organizers Tiziana Di Masi and Andrea Guolo, authors of the “Guida ai migliori beach club d’Italia” – whose third edition published by Morellini was presented on the occasion – and creators of the italianbeach.club website. With them, representing San Greg by Feudi di San Gregorio, was the company’s area manager, Marco Pasolini.

The motivation accompanying the award presentation was as follows: “In describing Puravita, one risks losing that impartiality that should distinguish a guide, because this is a magical place. And it is so not only for the location, not only for the style that has been imprinted by the Rapisarda family, who created on Pachino’s wild beach a structure we have defined as a “sauvage luxury beach resort”. It is also and above all for the care and passion that distinguish the work of Beppe and Mattia Rapisarda, father and son, who transmit to their team the cult of hospitality and a management approach based on small and great attentions toward clients“.

This award reaffirms Puravita’s importance in the Italian beach club landscape. The establishment boasts a “three umbrellas” rating within the Guide, the world’s only publication dedicated to evaluating beach establishments, and has won the title of Best design beach club Sicily for two consecutive years (2024 and 2025), before establishing itself this year at the national level, thus entering the San Greg Award hall of fame which already includes establishments of absolute international prestige such as Langosteria Bagni Fiore in Paraggi, winner in 2024, and Le Carillon Vesta Portofino also in Paraggi, winner in 2025.

“This award marks a journey that began five years ago, when I discovered an abandoned plot of land facing the sea where I sensed unique vibrations, and I chose it as my place of the heart”, declared Giuseppe Rapisarda. “After acquiring it, I thought it was right to transform it into a place to live and share with those who could perceive the same sensations as me, almost magical ones, with the fundamental contribution of my son Mattia.
