White Beach, Numana

Arturo Neumann has created a premium beach club in Numana, making a substantial yet forward-thinking investment because Numana deserved a place like White Beach and because, thanks to the tourism rise of the Riviera del Conero, White Beach will inevitably benefit in terms of visitors. Neumann’s inspirations were entrusted to architect Alessandro Riboldi’s project, who designed a structure with about 130 spots featuring latest-generation umbrellas and loungers – the superior ones also include comfortable mattresses – and truly beautiful common areas: a visit to the restroom helps understand how facilities can contribute to qualifying the whole establishment with their appearance. Tested at the beginning of the season, when not everything was yet perfected and the weather hadn’t fully entered summer mood, White Beach restaurant offered, among other dishes, Portonovo mussels as appetizer or accompanying tagliatelle, strozzapreti all’amatriciana di mare and the classic tagliolino alle vongole, an excellent and very fresh grilled fish and mini bis of tiramisu and panna cotta with forest berries, all at more than acceptable prices given the context. Well-constructed wine list with territorial focus not only for still white wines, but also for sparkling ones. The high level of satisfaction is enhanced by having hot and cold showers available. Last season, spot prices started from 25 euros in low season up to a maximum of 45 euros: truly convenient, considering the facility’s level.
