A visionary project by Gianluca Fasolin, who wanted to create a structure on Sottomarina beach aligned with the quality standards of beach clubs in Versilia, the French Riviera, and all coastal areas worldwide where the offering is at the highest levels. His mission is carried forward by Marilisa Boscolo with her sons Edoardo and Gianmarco through a constant search for partnerships that contribute to further qualifying and diversifying the formulas of a cutting-edge destination in architectural and functional terms. Stella Maris excels right from the entrance, with parking covered by photovoltaic panels that, considering the increasingly intense hailstorms of recent years, represent a nice additional insurance for those parking their cars. The cleanliness level of the bathrooms is such that anyone needing to use them would feel sorry to do so, because everything shines inside. Sustainability and inclusion are not just words but concepts applied on a daily basis, extending to the sign language (LIS) welcome service. In the front rows, stations are equipped with charging systems and safes, and those choosing the gazebo solution can enjoy free towels. And we like the new naming of Stella Maris, “Serendipity Club”; which indicates the unexpected discovery of something precious. Perhaps already this year, the beach club’s “serendipity” could be enriched by the arrival on the beach of a resort with swimming pool, currently under construction.
