Cbc Beach Club, Jesolo Lido

A turning point for beach tourism in Jesolo Lido, Cbc Beach Club was established in 2024 through the initiative of three founding partners: the Moretti Polegato family (owners of Casa Bianca) and the Menazza family (local hoteliers), along with the president of Unionmare, Alessandro Berton. The company then succeeded in bringing together many other partners, uniting the hotel and non-hotel accommodation facilities located in the beach area. The concession occupies a large part of the beach between Brescia and Mazzini squares, a strategic zone within Jesolo’s long coastline, stretching 900 meters in length with approximately 2,200 umbrellas. The development plan involves nearly eight million euros for beach redevelopment and new facilities, including several dining venues. The project was launched during summer 2024 and progress was already visible in 2025, such as the delivery service for cocktails and food in the prestige area of the beach, corresponding to sector C, and the new beachfront gym. Don’t miss the experience in the superior area, where stations include daybeds, sun protection tents, cushions and personal safes. In essence, in the heart of Jesolo Lido, a true beach club culture is taking hold, going beyond mere service for overnight guests, introducing much higher standards and following the direction of demand from clients increasingly eager to experience the beach at all times of the day, including the gastronomic experience.
