Bagni Bellariva, Numana

From the center of Numana we continue south and, at a point characterized by the presence of ample parking, which doesn’t hurt (even though Numana provides a convenient bus connection to the beach), here are the Bagni Bellariva, operating since 1962 under the management of the Fenili family. Why did we like it? For its organization, the result of investments made over the years (the latest, in 2024, is the renovation of the awnings) and which today give vacationers and tourists passing through the Riviera del Conero the opportunity to enjoy a beach club equipped with bar, restaurant and chiringuito on the beach. There’s also a terrace built for events, from where you can enjoy a priceless view that starts from the village of Numana and spans all the way to southern Marche. The added value is in the kitchen, where at the Piccolo Ristorantino del Bellariva the indestructible Maria Josè Ominetti, mother of sisters Silvia and Romina Fenili who manage the establishment, continues to prepare, as she did in the sixties of the last century, her specialties like “Le chicche di Josè” which are seafruit gnocchi. And then there are the sardoncini scottadito, the verdechiara lasagna with mollusks and crustaceans and other dishes created by Chiara Marchionni, the chef of the new era who learned from a master like Moreno Cedroni. A small selection of wines on the menu, Antonelli coffee and desserts always created by Chiara like the Pupillo, which is truly a coffee cream. The beach is pebbled, which gives the sea a more intense color.
